You can work with a single supplier, multiple suppliers, or manufacture your own products. There is no approved vendor list, no revenue share, and no visibility into your supply chain on our end. This model gives you full control over margins, product selection, and supplier relationships. Prefer to stay hands-off? Add products and fulfillment as an option and we source, stock and ship under your brand.

All business email is handled through an end-to-end encrypted email provider with no-logs infrastructure in Switzerland. Hosting fees and platform subscriptions can be paid with cryptocurrency. Each layer — domain, server, email, payments — is independently privacy-hardened, so no single point of exposure reveals your full identity.

What if I want to cancel?

We provide a full data export upon request, including your product catalog, customer data, and order history in standard formats compatible with Saleor and common e-commerce platforms. The only non-refundable cost on any plan is the one-time setup fee paid at onboarding, which covers VPS provisioning, domain registration, software configuration, and initial store build. After that, you are never locked in.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. PeptideSetup charges a flat monthly fee with zero revenue share on any plan. All revenue generated by your store flows directly to you through your own payment accounts — your crypto wallet and your merchant account for cards. We have no visibility into your transaction volume and no financial stake in your sales performance. The flat fee structure is intentional: it means our incentive is to keep your store running reliably, not to maximize your sales on our behalf. Starter plans are $699/month, Pro plans are $999/month, and Enterprise plans are $1,499/month. One-time setup fees apply at onboarding but are not recurring.

Can my customers pay with PayPal?

Yes. Your customers can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — in addition to direct card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and crypto. Our payment stack handles the method routing and compliance layer, so these options appear natively in your checkout without requiring you to set up separate merchant accounts for each method. SEPA bank transfers are also available for European customers. Crypto payments are accepted in BTC, LTC, XMR, SOL, and USDT regardless of which base currency your store uses — the crypto gateway handles the conversion at checkout. Monero (XMR) is particularly popular among privacy-conscious buyers. Future currency support can be added as additional store channels are relatively straightforward to provision at the infrastructure level.

This fee covers VPS provisioning, private domain registration, DDoS proxy configuration, encrypted email setup, payment gateway integration, and the full store build. Once your store is live, you pay only the flat monthly subscription. There are no per-transaction fees from PeptideSetup, no upsell requirements, and no lock-in clauses buried in the terms.

The backend stores translated product names, descriptions, and category labels, so SEO-relevant content is also localized for each language. This multi-language architecture is particularly valuable for European peptide markets, where German, French, and Dutch audiences each represent significant purchasing power. Storefront UI strings, legal pages, and checkout flows are all translated. Adding or adjusting translations is handled through the admin dashboard without code changes.
